Total white out on the video (sync running but no colour blanking at all). Sound is OK and the game seems to play.

SOLUTION
--------
All three colour outputs were stuck high. Four of the inputs to the TBP24S030 colour encoder PROM at location G1 were stuck high. These were fed from a 74LS174 at location 1H. The data inputs to this device were fed from a 74LS157 selector at location 2H, and they were floating. The clock pin on the LS174 was running. All the data and select inputs seemed to be running OK and the LS157 device does not posses a tri-state pin so the LS157 was replaced. This fixed the game.
