The game powered on OK after setup and was working fine Thursday & Friday, however by Sunday the game had developed graphics problems.
The bad graphics seemed likely a game PCB issue but I did a quick check of the power rails first. +5V looked good and so I swapped in a spare PCB that resurrected the game for the remainder of the show.
Prior to the show I'd already replaced a bad graphics RAM on this PCB with very similar graphics corruption so I immediately suspected IC 12F, 13F, 14F or 15F (2114) was bad. Probing with a scope found the corruption present on IC 12F (2114). Replacing IC 12F fixed the graphics and the game PCB appeared to be working OK again.
